Community Invited to Help Shape Mount Prospect’s Future at Visioning Workshop

The Village of Mount Prospect invites residents, business owners, and community stakeholders to participate in a public Visioning Activity for the Mount Prospect 2040 Comprehensive Plan (MP2040). The workshop will be held on Thursday, October 2nd from 11:00 am to 2:00 PM at the Community Connections Center (1711 Algonquin Rd).

This interactive workshop is part of the MP2040 planning process, a long-term initiative to guide how Mount Prospect grows, evolves, and invests over the next 10 to 15 years. Participants will have the chance to share ideas, identify priorities, and use maps and markers to draw and discuss their vision for the Village. All residents are encouraged to stop by when they’re available. If you can’t make it, let us know and we’ll get you a copy of the activity to fill out in your own time!
