Community Invited to Help Shape Mount Prospect’s Future at Visioning Workshop

The Village of Mount Prospect invites residents, business owners, and community stakeholders to participate in a public Visioning Workshop for the Mount Prospect 2040 Comprehensive Plan (MP2040). The workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 1st from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at River Trails Elementary School (1900 E Kensington Rd).

This interactive workshop is part of the MP2040 planning process, a long-term initiative to guide how Mount Prospect grows, evolves, and invests over the next 10 to 15 years. Participants will have the chance to share ideas, identify priorities, and use maps and markers to draw and discuss their vision for the Village. The evening promises to be a fun, hands-on opportunity to shape Mount Prospect’s future, and we encourage all residents and stakeholders to take part.
